Established in 1998, Keppel DHCS is the first and largest district cooling systems (DCS) developer and service provider in Singapore, delivering more than 70,000 refrigeration tonnes of district cooling capacity across major business and industrial parks including Changi Business Park, Woodlands Wafer Fab Park, and Biopolis and Mediapolis at one-north.
