KCL Consultants Pte Ltd was established in 2011 with a Licensed Corporation under the Professional Engineer (PE) Act and under the Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC) CS01 and accredited under ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015.

KCL is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy specializing in provide Civil, Geotechnical Engineering, Precast Design and Coastal Engineering Consultancy Services. Our mission is to provide quality consulting engineering services with innovation and the use of new technologies as appropriate to assist our clients in implementing their projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

We had successfully completed numerous large and prestigious projects locally and regionally in countries such as Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Maldives and Vietnam.
